Sr. Patricia is from the Donegal County in Ireland. Her missionary experience began in 1963 when embarked for Cape Coast in Ghana to teach. After a training period in Ireland, she worked in missionary animation department in connection with other religious congregations before returning to Africa in Zambia and then Ghana where with two other OLA sisters she for trained young sisters of the congregation of "Mary Mother of the Church". Provincial Councillor of Ireland, she also worked in Rome for ten years and served as a missionary in Argentina. Sr. Patricia currently animates the movement of OLA lay missionaries in Ireland. In collaboration with Father Bupe Chembo, sma, she will host the theme of
Self-sacrifice for the mission.
